Job Summary
Build and analyze quotes using supplier data, market trends, and requirements while evaluating supplier strengths and capabilities to support sourcing decisions. Align customer demand with sourcing strategies to determine the best supply approach, collaborating with suppliers and customers to support new and existing business. Work closely with customer service to provide procurement updates and timelines, review engineering drawings and specs, and assist in collecting supplier and customer product data. Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and overall supply chain performance. This role sits at the hub of sourcing, quoting, and supply chain strategy, offering broad exposure across procurement, operations, and customer support within a fast-moving environment focused on mission-critical sealing and hydraulic components.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in business, supply chain, industrial distribution, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Clear communication skills across internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Interest in manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier management
- Fusion conducts pre-employment drug testing
- Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of a properly conducted drug test performed at an off-site facility of our preference
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in supply chain management
- Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with engineering drawings or technical products
