Job Summary
Supply Chain Specialist Coordinator at Webasto (Digital Solutions) – Monitor daily production output against production plans and customer delivery requirements; coordinate production schedules and shipment plans to support on-time delivery; proactively communicate delivery status and changes to customers; collaborate with production, logistics, and suppliers to resolve material shortages and capacity constraints; manage supplier communications for painted parts to ensure material availability; analyze production and inventory data to identify risks and support continuous improvements; support cross-functional problem-solving to minimize disruptions and maintain customer commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, logistics, or related manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, customer delivery requirements, and supplier coordination
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain planning tools
