Job Summary
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments; communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers; prepare and maintain shipping documents and records; track shipments and update internal systems; support inventory control and warehouse coordination; ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations; collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related area
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
