Job Summary
Act as the Customer's go-to for day-to-day operational requests for Boeing's CSP program supporting Iberia Airlines, coordinating end-to-end movement of parts, returns and inventory reconciliation, and facilitating cross-department collaboration with SCL, FF, warehouse and other stakeholders. Manage replenishment of material at the customer site to align with contract and systems reflect inventory; process customer returns end-to-end, including LHT, PODs, and pool balancing; identify issues (damaged, incorrect parts, wrong locations) and support RCCA/SL discussions; gather and report customer-specific SL metrics, apply contractual adjustments, and participate in daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with Boeing and the customer. This role requires a hybrid schedule located in Madrid with occasional travel to the customer site in London (1-4 days per week); relocation is not offered. Requires a background in aviation/aerospace and supply chain, strong multitasking, and effective cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain role
- 1+ year of experience in a customer facing role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
