Job Summary
Supply Chain Specialist at Air Products focusing on productivity enhancement, process enablement, risk management, and digitalization across Asia. Key duties include monitoring productivity improvement projects, standardizing and optimizing supply chain processes, conducting risk assessments and audits, coordinating between supply chain and IT departments for digital tool development, and performing detailed supply chain data analysis and cost optimization. Required skills include data analysis (Excel/SQL/Python), process modeling, understanding of supply chain operations, risk management and auditing, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, statistics, information management or related majors.
- 2 - 3 years or more of supply chain-related work experience. Those with experience in process optimization, risk management, or digitalization projects are preferred.
- Proficiently master data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) and process modeling tools.
- Be familiar with supply chain management processes and operation models, and understand knowledge related to risk management, auditing, and digital transformation.
- Have strong communication and coordination abilities and project management capabilities and be able to work effectively in cross-departmental teams.
