Job Summary
Prepare material for Demand Planning and business update meetings to discuss critical supply and demand issues. Perform planning to secure sales and production visibility by improving logic that provides Return to Forecast. Analyze supply chain problems by managing mid to long-term demand and resources to establish optimal supply chains. Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts. Utilize data analytics and programming skills to enhance demand forecasting models and optimize inventory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tools and technologies into operations. Manage Weeks of Supply and Channel Inventory while driving PSI processes with Product and Key Account Managers. Oversee logistical processes with Supply Chain and factory teams for timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- experience in managing and developing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related study
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficient, particularly advanced Excel skills
- SAP / Inventory planning up to 30 weeks out
- Proficiency in leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance supply chain processes, improve decision-making, and automate workflows
- Experience in data analysis, machine learning, or process automation
