Identify and analyze pain points for cross-border and local US clientele, conducting comprehensive competitor benchmarking on operational efficiency and geographic coverage. Requires 3–5 years in solution design with proficiency in Excel and strong English/Chinese skills. Located in Fontana or City of Industry, CA, with an annual salary of $80,000–$120,000 USD plus bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in solution design
- 1–2 years directly related to overseas warehouse planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data
- Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions
- Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations)
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
