Job Summary
Supply Chain SME role focusing on shaping future ERP and replenishment systems. Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing supply chain processes within a blue-chip retail environment. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Functional Leads to capture, validate, and scope real-world requirements; participate in workshops with diverse stakeholders to align future-state designs with business needs; compose test scripts and conduct unit/integration testing; work with Programmers and Layout Developers to ensure accurate data conversion and functional reporting; identify training needs, draft end-user documentation, and deliver knowledge transfers to business coaches to support change initiatives. Must bring a self-starter mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a track record of SAP implementation experience in Supply Chain within retail. The role is hybrid, based in Melbourne or Sydney (Australia).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP implementation experience in the Supply Chain functional area
- Proven track record of supporting complex projects and driving change in evolving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in application software (spreadsheets, word processing)
- Previous training and testing experience
- Background as a business analyst or SME in a large-scale project
- Retail exposure is a plus
