Job Summary
The Supply Chain Rotational Program is a 3–4 year, full-time program with three 12–18 month rotations across various HYMH locations (Greenville, NC or Berea, KY). Associates will join different supply chain functional areas each rotation, lead at least one project per rotation, engage in job-shadowing, and earn a professional certification in a relevant field, with placement into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Potential positions include Materials Planner, Logistics Analyst, Order Management Specialist, Demand Planning Specialist, Procurement, Commodity Manager, and NPD Analyst, among others, with program completion leading to wider responsibilities across end-to-end supply chain. The program emphasizes development across multiple locations, including a hybrid work option, and offers a full benefits package and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain
- Experience gained through Supply Chain internships or other related work involvement required
- Intermediate to advanced competence with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Business, Management and Project Management Skills required
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills required
- Basic understanding of Six Sigma preferred
- SAP Knowledge (Supply Chain) preferred
- Experience with data reporting tools (PowerBI) preferred
