Job Summary
Supply Chain Resource & Capacity Planner in Gladbeck, Germany, responsible for ensuring market-driven delivery service by optimizing production capacity, inventories, and storage space across multiple German production lines (online/offline). Duties include planning and coordinating production capacity with IBP alignment, managing intercompany shipments and external warehouses, overseeing external warehouse and freight forwarder administration, generating reports and analyses for management, and driving KPI tracking and data maintenance in SAP. Requires a degree in a related field, strong SAP/ERP and Excel skills, and fluent German and English. The role emphasizes cost efficiency, flexibility, and quality through optimal resource utilization and process improvement across the supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Planning
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP), Planungstools sowie MS Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und prozessorientiertes Handeln
- Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Ressourcennutzung
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
