Job Summary
Lead complex, multi‐year Supply Chain Responsibility initiatives and own operational governance for compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting across Supply Chain Responsibility programs. Manage the Prime Supplier Academy and develop training for employees and suppliers. Research and operationalize regulatory requirements while educating the team on compliance. Act as a subject matter expert and influence cross-functional teams to enhance controls and operational maturity.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, program/project management, systems management, or related disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability to understand systems integration and business process design
- Expert‐level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience integrating data from SAP or comparable ERP systems
- Experience developing enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and data governance models
- Process improvement certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, CPSM, PMP)
- Exceptional analytical, problem‐solving, and critical‐thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‐level presentations
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and lead complex workstreams
- High attention to detail with strong control and compliance orientation
- Demonstrated success influencing cross‐functional teams without direct authority
