Job Summary
Supply Chain Representative responsible for supporting short-term production and supply planning within the planning time fence, assisting in production scheduling and material planning with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders, monitoring planning exceptions and material shortages via ERP and planning tools (e.g., MIMI), tracking execution versus plan and addressing delays or supply constraints, minimizing backorders and service disruptions, ensuring adherence to SIOP processes and logistics standards, coordinating inbound/outbound transportation (road and ocean freight) with Logistics, supporting import activities for raw materials, assisting in supplier payments for logistics services, maintaining logistics master data in ERP, applying EHS rules to foster safety, and contributing to continuous improvement and global digitization efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- ERP (SAP)
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or operations environments (MIMI/Arkieva/SAP)
- Familiarity with planning or logistics processes in a manufacturing context
