Job Summary
Receive, stock, pick, stage, and ship customer orders using WMS, Salesforce, FedEx, and UPS software. Load and unload trucks with pallet jacks or forklifts while performing cycle counts to resolve inventory discrepancies. Prep and test shipping equipment for quick turnarounds, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain a clean, safety-first environment. Collaborate across teams on warehouse projects. This full-time role in Riverside, MO features a Monday–Friday 4x10 schedule (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10-hour shifts) with a $20.00/hour pay rate. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and possess a clean driving record; forklift certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 18+
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office familiarity)
- Clean driving record (if operating under company insurance)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active all shift long
- Comfort working in varying warehouse temps (hot, cold, humid)
- Confidence using technology and software systems
- Flexibility to work OT when needed
- Ability to read, follow, and transcribe instructions and shipping labels
