Job Summary
Supply Chain Replenishment Planner (On Site) at Ace Hardware Corporation in Oak Brook, IL. Responsible for end-to-end supply chain management for 80+ vendors with ~ $100M annual sales, developing and executing promotional and seasonal inventory strategies, generating purchases, managing shipments between vendors and Ace’s distribution network, maintaining supply levels across 15 US DCs, and driving supply chain improvements. RequiresBachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to multitask and make data-driven decisions, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables), and experience with SAP/JDA systems. The role is an in-office role with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). The position emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, identifying fill-rate issues, root-cause analysis, and negotiations to relieve overstocks, within a customer-service-focused culture.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent functional area
- Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and critical thinking are required
- Ability to multi-task and make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a group
- Advanced skills in Excel with pivots and lookups – Access and query languages (such as SQL, VBA) is a plus
- Experience in SAP, JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, E3/Advanced Warehouse Replenishment are also a plus
