Supply Chain Proposal Manager

Lead the development and management of supply chain proposals, coordinating inputs from procurement, logistics, contracts, and engineering to develop accurate, bottoms-up and parametric cost estimates. Develop cost models and pricing strategies, identify and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors, perform make-vs-buy analyses and supply chain risk assessments, and ensure all supply chain elements of proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with company capabilities. Serve as primary point of contact for supply chain proposal questions, facilitate reviews with internal stakeholders, and communicate strategies to leadership. Maintain templates and documentation, support post-submission activities, and ensure on-time deliverables throughout the proposal lifecycle.
