Job Summary
Lead supply chain and logistics projects to improve transportation, warehousing, inventory flow, and overall operational performance. Partner with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives and analyze data to identify bottlenecks. Drive improvements that enhance on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency while managing relationships with carriers, suppliers, and external partners. Support post-sales customer experience by managing RMA activities, coordinating reverse logistics, and acting as a key point of contact for customers to resolve technical and operational issues. Lead issue resolution, change management, training, and post-project reviews to ensure long-term success. Ensure all activities align with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing supply chain, logistics, or operations projects in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment
- Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to identify problems and drive continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting customer returns (RMA) and reverse logistics is highly desirable
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
