Job Summary
The Supply Chain Project Manager leads cross-functional, global supply chain initiatives to improve cost, service, resilience, and scalability, managing complex multi-workstream projects from concept to execution with governance, risk management, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities include developing cross-functional project plans, coordinating status meetings, aligning Sourcing/Planning/Manufacturing/Logistics to meet objectives, driving issue resolution and risk mitigation, leading change management and contingency planning, delivering governance standards, and presenting updates to senior leadership. The role leverages ERP, PLM, and data visualization tools to drive continuous improvement and transparency, supports product launches, and ensures alignment with supply chain priorities across a fast-paced electronics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering specialty, Supply Chain Management, and/or Project Management
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, PgMP, Prince2) preferred
- Familiarity with Smartsheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes or electronics industry experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods
- Occasional travel, some overnight, as required
