Job Summary
Lead supply chain process transformation by analyzing business requirements, designing SAP configurations, and implementing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, and low-code applications. Identify automation opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks, develop Power BI dashboards for actionable insights, and establish metrics for evaluating process implementation success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT to document, test, and deploy solutions while managing stakeholder communication and escalating issues as needed. Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supply chain operation or in supply chain solutions
- Creative, inventive and innovative
- Advance PC skill with high proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Self-starter with the ability to work intuitively and with minimal supervision
- Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management and people skills
- Ability to deal effectively with different functional personnel to drive results
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and exposure in Lean Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead cross-functional projects involving process improvement, systems implementation, automation, and reporting solutions
- Experience developing automation solutions, workflow applications, or digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and/or RPA technologies
- Experience in data analytics, dashboard development, KPI reporting, and executive performance management using Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Experience in SAP modules, with a focus on SD, MM, FI, and PP
