Job Summary
Supply Chain Professional for Master Data & Digital Solutions focused on strengthening Global Supply Chain processes and driving improvements in the D365 platform. You will act as a superuser for D365, maintain master data (materials, vendors, etc.), create and update SOPs and training materials, support improvements to D365 and Power BI, provide system coaching and day-to-day end-user support, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional projects. The role requires collaboration with IT, Finance, and other functions, proficiency with ERP/planning tools (D365, SAP, OMP, Maestro/Kinaxis), strong data quality discipline, and excellent communication and training skills. Travel up to 5 days per year; office located in Denmark (Hellerup). English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree (preferably Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Data; 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field
- Hands-on experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g. D365, SAP, OMP, Maestro (Kinaxis))
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel data handling
- Effective communication and coaching skills; ability to translate technical details for end users
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and structured data/task management
- Collaborative ability with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Professional-level English; written and spoken
- Proactive, self-driven team player with willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes
- Travel availability (0-5 days per year)
