Job Summary
Own and manage defined products, product areas, and systems by driving customer value creation through development agendas that ensure desired cost levels, quality, reliability, and time-to-market. Review work with high attention to detail to identify potential issues before they impact outcomes, while adhering to established procedures and promoting sustainable practices. Bring 10+ years of progressive engineering experience and a B.Sc. in a relevant field to support product development activities and deliver product vision objectives. This role is based in Coal Valley, IL, with a base pay range of $99,000 – $131,145 plus a 15% target incentive.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive and successful experience in a related engineering role
- B.Sc. in a relevant field
- Good technical understanding of designs and solutions
- Understands norms and regulatory requirements that are applicable for each project
- Good designing skills and utilization of latest design/drawing tools and processes
- Knowledge and understanding of KONE equipment offering, technical design, structure and details and of the technical strengths and limitations of products
- Customer service mindset
