Supply Chain Product Engineer

Oversee multiple project teams through the entire development lifecycle, evaluating designs for compliance with technology and development guidelines while driving product quality and manufacturing-process improvements. Lead cross-disciplinary efforts across complex products, platforms, systems, software, and technology solutions; mentor less-experienced staff; collaborate with R&D and customer engineering management to understand client priorities and requirements; drive innovation and integration of new technologies into engineering design; provide independent judgment to resolve product issues and govern the technical quality of engineering deliverables; expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners and contribute to cross-organizational programs. This role requires strong leadership, program management, and communication skills, with experience in manufacturing processes and technical domains including HW, SW/FW, BIOS, and data-related technologies. Occasional travel up to 25% to Taiwan or Singapore is expected.
