Job Summary
Manage inventory enablement and sourcing by partnering with fulfillment teams to align warehouse systems and activate correct customer configurations for digital orders. Execute network lever support through SOP development, carrier decision documentation, and disruption management including DC ramp plans and closure calendars. Drive cost and routing efficiency by automating carrier data ingestion, identifying selection inefficiencies, and supporting peak readiness scenarios for holiday planning. Monitor network health via operational reporting to track delivery performance, promise accuracy, and inventory availability while escalating execution risks. Collaborate with supply chain technology, integrated fulfillment planning, and Nike Direct teams to ensure digital orders fulfill correctly across the North America supply chain network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process analysis, fulfillment execution, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze operational data, identify root causes, and recommend actionable improvements
- Experience working with enterprise systems in a supply chain or fulfillment environment — for example order management, inventory/ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, or planning systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels across operations, technology, and commercial teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with process or system changes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and concurrent network initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating business requirements into system configuration, testing, or process changes across multiple connected platforms
- Familiarity with digital or e-commerce fulfillment — delivery promise logic, transit time tables, routing decisions, inventory sourcing, or cost-to-serve analysis
- Experience supporting peak or holiday readiness, DC activation/ramp plans, or network disruption management
- Exposure to drop-ship, marketplace, or third-party fulfillment operating models
- Comfort working with operational data and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, or similar)
- Experience documenting processes, runbooks, or SOPs using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Nike's business operations, digital supply chain, or NA distribution network
- Experience working in a global organization with multiple regions and stakeholders
