Job Summary
Supply Chain Practice Lead (Director) to own the vision, positioning, and growth of the Supply Chain Planning practice in Asia. Combines senior Go-To-Market and practice leadership with deep operational Supply Chain expertise, presales leadership, and commercial ownership. Leads a small Supply Chain Solutions team supporting presales, innovation, and thought leadership; responsible for pipeline creation, shaping complex Supply Chain–led opportunities, and ensuring offerings are differentiated and scalable. Flexibly collaborating with Anaplan leadership on GTM efforts, market demands, and partner initiatives, while guiding client engagements and capability development. The role emphasizes executive-level communication, solution design, and leadership across Sales and Delivery, with a clear path toward regional senior leadership, Director, or Partner-level roles based on practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience across end-to-end Supply Chain planning
- Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or distribution strongly preferred
- Experience delivering Supply Chain planning solutions (Anaplan experience strongly preferred)
- Consulting or professional services background
- Comfortable operating across both strategic discussions and hands-on solution design
- Proven presales, pipeline development, and deal-shaping experience
- Executive-level communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead practices
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to influence across Sales and Delivery
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical, technology-enabled planning solutions
- Own the vision, positioning, and growth strategy for the Supply Chain Planning practice
- Define, evolve, and govern Supply Chain planning offerings, including Demand planning, Supply planning, S&OP / IBP, Inventory optimisation, Capacity and production planning
- Develop scalable solution frameworks, accelerators, demos, and industry-specific use cases
- Lead Supply Chain presales activities, including discovery, solution architecture, and executive-level workshops
- Shape and influence deals from early qualification through proposal development and closure
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and partners on joint GTM initiatives
