Supply Chain Pool Coordinator

Job Summary
Secure operational supply of re-usable transport tooling toward suppliers by maintaining a rotating pool of tooling between locations and suppliers; troubleshoot problems in the rotation and serve as the first point of contact for internal material planners, while collaborating with our 3PL as the service provider. Define, drive, and implement structural improvements to bring efficiency to the supply chain processes. This role requires keeping an overview of the end-to-end supply chain, managing stakeholders, and maintaining communication with internal clients. The position emphasizes taking ownership of tooling rotation, ensuring timely deliveries to ASML’s factory, and driving continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
- 1-3 years of relevant experience coordinating/operational planning within a supply chain environment
- Excellent verbal and written English; Dutch language skills are a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with an ERP system is a big plus
