Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Policy & Procedure Specialist, you will develop, maintain, and standardize global Supply Chain policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include establishing governance frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation and document lifecycle, and conducting training sessions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, along with extensive relevant experience, and possess strong technical documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related functions in multinational manufacturing
- Proven experience in policy development, process documentation, and compliance management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and global compliance regulations
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency in policy management tools and ERP systems
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
- ISO Quality Management certification
- Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
