Job Summary
Manage Open Order Reports (OOR) including dock dates, need dates, and contract communications. Define material strategy for on-time supplier delivery and proactively assess delivery risks while collaborating with programs. Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, and expediting. Complete quarterly supplier assessments, facilitate Supplier Business Reviews, and manage Supplier Management Plans. Analyze lead times to identify critical path procurements and aggregate supply/demand requirements. Develop relationships with supplier personnel for quick responses. Perform these duties remotely as part of the Mission Systems Category Management Team, supporting the development of systems that keep the world safe.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship (Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance)
- Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or closely related field
- Bachelor's degree minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or closely related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with team collaboration
- Experience is resolving problems with peers and customers
- Experience in supplier manufacturing
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing knowledge
