Job Summary
Leverage tools such as SAP Signavio or Celonis to proactively identify current state process performance and improvement opportunities within SAP-based systems. Partner directly with business teams to understand operational workflows, build high-level plans for process mapping, and define current and future states on ECC and S/4 HANA platforms. Mentor business end users on SAP process execution, help them adopt new capabilities, and support the relationship between business and technology delivery teams to ensure improved outcomes. Develop high-level roadmaps for improving SAP-based processes, partner with technology teams on implementation, and ensure business teams are prepared and trained for new SAP capabilities. Identify and grow SAP super users, build development plans, and host focused training to strengthen the SAP super user network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Business or Management Information Systems
- Extensive experience in one of SAP's three core process modules (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or Financial Accounting & Controlling)
- Over 10 years of experience as an SAP functionality (process, data, configuration) expert in one of the three core modules
- 2-3 years experience working with S/4 HANA
- Extensive experience working within the front lines of a business operational team, helping those teams adopt SAP-based process and helping to improve how SAP is used each day
- Proven track record influencing others, at multiple levels of an organization, demonstrating the ability to tailor communications to the right audience level
- Experience effectively mentoring others, focused on SAP-based processes
- Expert in SAP functional (process, master data and system configuration) consulting or advisory
- Expert in SAP Supply Chain Planning (PP, MM, etc)
- Strong ability to document, communicate and coach SAP-based process capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating SAP S/4 HANA with other systems like Kinaxis
