Supply Chain Planner

Supply Chain Planner responsibilities include organizing procurement activities to meet management objectives, preparing and sending requests for quotes to suppliers, analyzing supplier prices and dynamics, negotiating sales terms (price, delivery, payment, transport), drafting and signing supplier contracts, issuing procurement orders with technical specs, monitoring delivery deadlines, evaluating suppliers, maintaining the Approved Supplier List, accurately recording data in the IT system, attending training, sending supplier complaints when needed, communicating payment amounts and deadlines to Finance, blocking invoices for quality issues, ensuring time-stamping of documents, and continually improving the quality management system while maintaining confidentiality and loyalty to the organization. Requires a university degree, strong technical/commercial and negotiation skills, English fluency, and being well organized and a team player.
