Job Summary
Serve as the primary Supply Chain representative for assigned customer programs, owning the overall supply chain plan to ensure material availability for manufacturing requirements. Partner with customers, Program Managers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate campaign activities, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve material, inventory, and scheduling challenges while managing planning parameters, Bills of Materials, and supply chain data within ERP systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning effectiveness, and supply continuity. This Monday-Friday, on-site role in Portsmouth, NH supports the delivery of life-changing therapies within a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials management, scheduling, operations, or a related function
- Strong customer-facing experience, including managing customer expectations and building successful relationships
- Experience serving as a key point of contact for projects, programs, customers, or business-critical activities
- Experience coordinating across multiple functions to deliver complex projects or operational objectives
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning, ERP systems, inventory management, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project or program management experience preferred
- Manufacturing, supply chain planning, or vendor management experience preferred
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus
