Supply Chain Planner / Logistic Planner for Staff role in Commercial SCM. Responsible for leading S&OP and demand planning cycles, rolling 36-month forecasts, and aligning with stakeholders. Manages replenishment and 36-month Net Requirements Planning, schedules shipments from Yamagata plant to distribution centers, coordinates inter-DC transfers, and mitigates supply/disposal risks. Supports Product Lifecycle Management by reflecting lifecycle events into NRP, manages product launches/discontinuations/SKU changes, and aligns supply plans to minimize disposal risk. Performs Change Management with POPU/local AM teams, coordinates timelines and system updates. Plans inbound transportation with vendors, oversees inbound/domestic delivery, and resolves transportation issues. Oversees 3PL operations to ensure GDP/GMP and SOP compliance, maintains audit-ready processes, contracts, and KPI monitoring. Maintains SAP master data, supports system updates, and generates KPI reports (FA, DOI, CSL, Discards, BIA, heatmaps, etc.). Leads continuous improvement initiatives, updates SOPs, and ensures GDP/GMP compliance across processes. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making. English business proficiency and native-level Japanese required.
