Job Summary
Plan and communicate regular S&OP outputs to a cross-functional management audience, leveraging IBP data to shape a strategic supply plan for Performance Foams (2-18 month horizon). Develop new production planning tools for expanded Shapes operations and manage end-to-end toll manufacturing logistics, including materials, tollers, and warehousing. Improve inventory and working capital metrics, conduct cycle counts and reconciliations, and provide SAP W11/Power BI-based reporting and dashboard analysis to enhance operational efficiency. Requires SAP expertise and strong collaboration across product management, sales, customer service, and quality, with capacity to lead process improvements in a highly matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations in chemical industry (or associate’s degree with 6-10 years of experience)
- Strong SAP knowledge across inventory/material management, production control, IBP/APO, toll-manufacturing
- Power BI proficiency
- Excellent written and communication skills
- MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel
- Ability to develop, implement, evaluate and modify processes in a matrixed environment
- High interpersonal effectiveness in a diverse environment
