Job Summary
Supply Chain Planner & Continuous Improvement overseeing material availability, inventory optimization, and project scheduling for construction/EPC environments; duties include demand forecasting, project procurement tracking, site coordination, risk mitigation, process optimization, and developing Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs like plan vs actual, logistics, inventory health, and supplier performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years in supply chain planning, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Power BI, Excel, ERP (SAP a plus), Lean Six Sigma mindset, and programming/data analytics capabilities; hybrid work arrangement in Saint-Laurent, QC with a strong emphasis on collaboration across supply chain and site teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5 plus years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in construction or EPC environments
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems; SAP knowledge considered a plus
- Knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and risk management principles
- Lean Six Sigma experience or certification is an asset
- Python programming specialization
- Experience with data analytics tools and forecasting models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPIM, or CSCP are an asset
