Job Summary
Communicate daily facility goals and report plans to achieve operational targets. Assist with new hire training and lead employees through in-depth instruction on policies and procedures. Make decisions for location activities including demand planning, supplier calls, and specialized process troubleshooting. Identify and solve operational issues by implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. Perform administrative functions to support location activities and customers. May act as a floater to complete Supply Chain Ops Associate roles across multiple shifts.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- One (1) year or more in logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- Previous supervisory experience
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) intermediate
- OSHA intermediate
- DOT and Hazmat (based on the account) intermediate
