Job Summary
Own and manage end-to-end Supply Chain operations and transformation across Physical Claims, Logistics, Procurement, Order Management, Partner Payment Reconciliation, and Pricing processes. Drive business process re-engineering by challenging the status quo and implementing scalable solutions using SAP S/4HANA, Power Automate, and Agentic AI. Lead partner payment reconciliations, analyze spend patterns, and deliver actionable insights on failures and trends through Power BI reporting. Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide well-reasoned recommendations to leadership. Act as a trusted team member and Subject Matter Expert, offering guidance and mentorship to junior staff while managing day-to-day tactical activities to ensure business continuity.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree (Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 17-20 years of experience in Supply Chain function
- Experience in more than one supply chain function with primary focus on Sales Order Returns, Logistics (both Forward and Reverse), Procurement, Order Management, Pricing and Partner Payment Recons
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in various SAP S4 arenas (Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Procurement and Sales Order management and Material Master)
- 6-8 years of experience in driving / owning / leading end-to-end Supply Chain Process Reengineering / Transformation projects / programs across countries
- Strong knowledge of various business flows in SAP pertaining to logistics, procurement and order management
- Deep knowledge of EDIs including creation, simulation and trouble shooting
- In-depth experience with B2B platforms used for partner communication with HP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and executive presence
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships in a matrix organization
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (expert level in Excel, advance level PowerPoint)
- Vocal and proactive in challenging 'business as usual operating models' and driving innovative solutions in the product and services supply chain domain
- Strong Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teams
- Recognized as Subject Matter Expert
- Must possess strong knowledge of various business flows in SAP pertaining to logistics, procurement and order management
- Must act as an SME when / where required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
