Supply Chain & Operations Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project execution across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service operations (scope, timeline, resources, and delivery). Dive into planning, supply, inventory, production, and logistics to drive resolution through structured problem-solving. Coordinate cross-functional teams (procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, logistics, IT) to align priorities and execute initiatives. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce cost, and improve service levels. Analyze data and operational performance to support decisions and track project outcomes. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly with leadership, providing regular updates, risks, and recommendations. Ensure adoption of solutions, including documentation, training, and transition to operations teams. We are seeking a highly versatile generalist with strong project management discipline to quickly understand operational issues and drive them to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in project management within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
- Broad understanding of end-to-end supply chain (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory)
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and drive execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate in ambiguity
