Job Summary
Lead and optimize day-to-day supply chain execution across planning, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate product delivery while reducing costs and mitigating risks. Drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial, procurement, finance, and logistics teams; monitor performance metrics, enable data-driven decision making, and maintain compliance with internal policies and trade regulations. Focus on optimizing inventory and working capital, sustaining service levels, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver efficient, customer-focused supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, planning, or a related discipline.
- Experience in chemical distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Exposure to global or international supply chain operations strongly preferred.
- Languages: English; Spanish desired.
