Supply Chain & Operations Manager (E-commerce Fashion Brand)

Job Summary
Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand, determine order quantities per SKU and market, and plan inventory levels to support launches and peak periods. Manage production timelines with suppliers, track purchase orders and samples, and coordinate quality control to reduce delays and errors. Oversee 3PL relationships across the USA, Canada, and UAE, handling inbound receiving, freight schedules, and inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory in all warehouses, own Shopify operations, and create SOPs to improve workflow efficiency. Provide regular operations updates to management while ensuring products are priced competitively and delivered on time.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in supply chain, operations, or demand planning
- Experience in e-commerce and/or fashion retail
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Experience working with 3PL warehouses
- Comfortable managing multi-country operations (US, CA, UAE)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive problem solver
- Shopify experience
- International freight exposure
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers
