Supply Chain Operations Manager

Direct the enterprise-level ordering, tracking, and management of local inventory to guarantee the continuity of clinical care through the seamless delivery and stocking of supplies at healthcare facilities. Provide rigorous management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental workflows to ensure all distribution activities are executed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner. Exercise high-level accountability for departmental budgets, resource utilization, and work allocation to optimize financial performance and ensure the efficient use of organizational capital. Lead the analysis of KPIs and supply data to proactively identify operational risks and implement strategic solutions for complex distribution challenges. Oversee the integrity of supply and service contracts while ensuring all departmental activities maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and vendor access policies. Optimize team performance through strategic day-to-day management of associates including hiring, training and onboarding, professional development, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.
