Job Summary
Conduct outbound or inbound customer communications to process RMA requests, register supplier accounts, and assist with e-invoices. Resolve first-level escalations, address supplier issues, and follow established SLA rules while updating Program Database(s) accurately. Manage assigned workloads, close requests with client consent, and report security or policy violations to appropriate authorities. Meet key performance standards and collaborate with the Delivery Services team to contact center goals. Handle ad-hoc special projects and cross-functional program tasks in accordance with OnProcess Technology policies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ months of customer service experience within a Contact Center
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced English in written and spoken form (B2+)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with using and maintaining a database
- Well versed in various Microsoft Office Suite programs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to operate computer equipment
- Must be able to attend meetings
- Must be able to communicate on calls
- Must be able to exchange information
- Must be able to identify the needs in order to meet and full the requirements of this position
