Job Summary
Receives, puts away, picks and delivers supplies to all patient areas, collaborates with clinical staff to ensure supplies are available for patient care, and supports bedside clinical workflows. Performs general supply handling, labels and stocks items, rotates stock, conducts cycle counting, and handles shipping/receiving and courier setup. Uses ERP systems (Lawson, Infor, Workday, PeopleSoft) to pull reports and manage inventory; maintains stocking locations and assists with customer service by addressing concerns and escalations. Works on nights as a permanent shift with emphasis on accurate, timely supply delivery in a healthcare environment; role includes 1 FTE (80 hours every 2 weeks) and every-other-weekend rotation.
