Required Qualifications
- Senior-level supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations experience with system design and execution
- Hands-on experience with prep centers, 3PLs, freight brokers, or inbound logistics (Amazon FBA experience strongly preferred)
- Genuinely AI-first mindset with use of AI tools to improve speed and automation
- Strong written English and professional communication
- Highly organized with documentation and numbers reconciliation
- Self-directed and reliable in an async, remote environment
