Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary
Lead one or more Supply Chain Center of Excellence capability areas including supplier performance, sustainability, analytics, and continuous improvement. Translate COE strategy into executable roadmaps, establish governance and performance metrics, and drive alignment across Operations, Procurement, Finance, and R&D. Oversee supplier risk management, develop team capability in problem-solving methodologies, and execute cross-functional initiatives focused on cost optimization and operational performance. Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making while leading a growing team toward measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the Green Bay, WI area - hybrid work model only

- Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of direct Supply Chain experience
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of supply chain/project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, but not required
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives or programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or similar), and project management tools
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to ensure successful project execution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
