Supply Chain Operational Analyst

Job Summary
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of automated warehouse and material handling systems. Partner with clients, internal engineering and software development teams, and third-party providers to analyze operational needs, evaluate system functionality, and support integrated automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput performance. Interpret operational and system data to identify trends, defects, gaps, and improvement opportunities; define system logic and operational requirements; assist with system testing, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and Hypercare; deliver training and mentorship to team members; travel to customer sites as needed to support implementation, observation, training, troubleshooting, and operational analysis. Emphasis on collaboration across technical and operational teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
