Job Summary
Coordinate export documentation, liaise with government agencies and shipping partners, and secure transport capacity to meet customer timelines. Manage all aspects of export orders, obtain certificates, and ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations. Monitor production planning, collaborate with internal teams on rescheduling, and provide team coverage to maintain operational continuity. Maintain accurate records, support audit activities, and reconcile stock on hand while distributing digital documentation to stakeholders. Resolve issues with internal and external parties, escalate promptly to the supervisor, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the export function.
