Job Summary
Supply Chain Officer based in Ruteng, Manggarai, Indonesia responsible for end-to-end procurement (procure-to-pay), asset and fleet management, office management, warehousing, and premises oversight. Key duties include managing supplier relationships, preparing procurement documentation (Purchase Requests, RFQs, bid analyses, Purchase Orders, contracts), maintaining procurement and asset records for audit, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating pricing, and ensuring compliance with the Supply Chain Operations Manual. Additional responsibilities cover asset tagging and movement, annual inventory, vehicle and generator maintenance, driver supervision, fleet optimization, office utilities and vendor management, and adherence to Plan International’s safeguarding and GEDSI policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years NGO experience in Procurement/Logistics, with knowledge of SAP or similar procurement software and strong planning, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Location is based in Ruteng, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia; reports to Senior Procurement Officer; closing date June 26, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Administration, or any related field
- Minimum (3) years of progressive NGO experience in Procurement, Administration, Logistics, or related area
- Knowledge of SAP or any other procurement software will be an added advantage
- Strong planning and organizing
- Good knowledge of purchasing and tender management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
