Job Summary
Supply Chain NPI Project Manager at Motorola Solutions will own end-to-end project management including lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring to meet business needs and internal metrics. Responsibilities include analyzing, planning and executing lifecycle management with key stakeholders; identifying gaps and risks in engineering qualification and providing mitigation plans; leading cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time project completion and uninterrupted supply; coordinating interdependencies; supporting supplier performance evaluation and improvement; preparing project documentation and status updates for stakeholder reviews; managing resources, resolving issues and change-management expectations; and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key skills include planning, supplier and stakeholder management, leadership, analytical thinking, communication, BOM understanding, and proficiency with Google Suites. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration or equivalent
- 2+ years in Supply Chain, Engineering or Program management experiences.
