Job Summary
Analyze supply chain network data from raw material procurement through route to market to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement optimization strategies using Coupa Soft and other tools to reduce total landed cost and enhance efficiency across North and South America lubricant sales channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and production to ensure optimal operations while monitoring key performance indicators for customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to analysts and team members within the Supply Chain Optimization and Projects organization. Night shift required to align with US calendar; mandatory online assessment via HireVue follows application submission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain optimization, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment (in FMCG environment)
- Proficiency in supply chain modeling tools and software (LlamaSoft/CoupaSoft or others)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, Spotfire, Alteryx
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Night shift; to align with US Calendar and working hours
- Completion of an online assessment via HireVue
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Lubricants experience is a plus
