Supply Chain Material Program Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate outsourced buyer operations and serve as the primary contact for supplier delivery and procurement escalations supporting Intel ATM ramp activities in the APAC region. Manage specialized supply chain programs from forecast through delivery, including RFQs, master data setup, and PO placement for capital equipment. Own supplier capacity availability, monitor performance against delivery and quality KPIs, and provide first-level escalation support to site stakeholders. Engage directly with suppliers and collaborate across multiple teams in different time zones, requiring advanced English fluency. Early morning and/or later evening meetings may be required. This hybrid role in Malaysia supports the stability of world-class manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- 5 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Master's degree in supply chain management or related field
- 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Fluency in English / Advanced English level required
- Strong written and verbal communication essential
- 3+ years Experience with SAP or other Procurement management Systems
- 2+ years supplier management or commercial negotiation strategy
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, market dynamics, and risk mitigation strategies
- Early morning and/or later evening meetings may be required

- Strong leadership skills to manage ambiguity and drive results
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage diverse stakeholders, including executive level presentation of information and influencing
- Knowledge of Semi-conductor manufacturing and procurement requirements
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, Data Analytics
