Supply Chain Material Planner

Job Summary
Supply Chain Material Planner role focused on end-to-end bulk/API planning for multiple CMOs across Turkey, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. Lead short-term (0-3 months) and strategic (4-36 months) material planning and ordering, determine and follow bulk/API inventory policy, set inventory boundaries, monitor inventory/obsolescence, and manage performance with global sites and 3rd-party suppliers. Collaborate with regional sites/CMOs on escalation boards, communicate net requirements, and ensure availability of bulk/API to meet ~350 M£ sales with an inventory value around 18 M£. Utilize planning tools (SAP, OMP, SCIM/ARM processes) and align with finance, procurement, strategy, and manufacturing; lead improvement projects to optimize service levels and inventory across 5 CMOs and related sites. Ideal candidates will have experience with contract manufacturers, multi-site networks, GMP environments, and knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements; proficiency in Turkish and English, and the ability to drive cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline
- 2 years of supply chain, supply/demand planning, scheduling, manufacturing and/or operations experience is a plus but not a must
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with planning systems and spreadsheets
- Good communication skills in Turkish and working proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across functional teams
