Job Summary
Lead supply chain strategy, planning, execution, and continuous improvement across the facility, overseeing strategic and tactical planning from backlog order entry through customer delivery. Develop supplier strategies, manage procurement of materials and services, and optimize total cost, quality, and delivery while ensuring ITAR compliance. Serve as a key member of the S&OP process, providing schedule updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve shortages, delayed shipments, and production priorities, and oversee inbound and outbound logistics. Establish cost, quality, and timing targets for new component launches and drive corrective actions. Lead, develop, train, and evaluate the supply chain team, applying Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to supply chain processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of supply chain or related experience
